Album Review- Wiz Khalifa’s O.N.I.F.C.

Wiz recently (a couple weeks ago) came out with a new album: O.N.I.F.C. and since this blog is only a few days old I haven’t got a chance to review it, so here it is.

First off, if you are a true Wiz fan you know that his best work hasn’t been from his studio albums (Rolling Papers, O.N.I.F.C.) but rather his mixtapes (Burn After Reading, Kush and Orange Juice, Cabin Fever, etc.). Somewhere between his mixtape days and signing a record deal Wiz just hasn’t been the same and it shows on his latest studio release O.N.I.F.C. 

Usually a good album has 4 or 5 standouts that have you abusing the replay button but that unfortunately isn’t the case with O.N.I.F.C. Wiz brings in some great features including The Weeknd, Akon, and 2 Chainz but even these tracks can’t legitimize the album as a must have.

Overall I thought O.N.I.F.C. was an average album and I would give it a 6.7/10. Preview the album on itunes here
